Project: Cabinrock II, LLC, the developer, hired Jerad Rector and his team at Worldwide Commercial, PLLC to market and sell five medical/office buildings at Twin Creeks Office Park located in Allen, TX. Prior to Worldwide Commercial being hired; the developer previously hired two different brokerage firms to sell Twin Creeks Office Park. The developer didn’t have any success with the previous firms and Worldwide Commercial welcomed the challenge to exceed the developer’s expectations.

Process: Worldwide Commercial immediately created a local and national marketing campaign. The marketing campaign primarily focused on the proximity and accessibility of the location, in addition to the beauty of Twin Creeks Office Park. It was highlighted as an ideal place to work with lake and golf course views. A comprehensive investment analysis was completed and presented to prospective buyers; illustrating the economic growth potential for this property. We also arranged and hosted several tours which generated multiple offers. Worldwide Commercial negotiated terms at full asking price on all five office buildings which exceeded the seller’s expectations.

Result: Worldwide Commercial outperformed the two previous brokerage firms hired by Cabinrock II, LLC and sold out the project. Our client, Cabinrock II, LLC, was pleased with the aggressiveness of Worldwide Commercial’s marketing and sales techniques.
